Maiori is ready to welcome the Advent and Christmas season with a heartwarming program that celebrates faith, family, and community. From December 15, 2024, to January 19, 2025, the town’s churches and public spaces will host a series of events, inviting locals and visitors alike to partake in the joyous spirit of the season.
Holy Masses following the festive schedule.
5:30 PM: Rosary and the beginning of the Christmas Novena at the Church of St. Dominic.
7:00 PM: Recital "NATALE È DI PIÙ?" in the Collegiate Church, performed by catechism children.
10:30 AM and 6:00 PM: Holy Masses in the Collegiate Church.
8:30 AM: Blessing of Baby Jesus statuettes at St. Dominic, to be placed in nativity scenes at home.
5:00 PM: Christmas celebration at the Senior Center.
6:00 PM: Conclusion of the Christmas Novena at St. Dominic and Holy Mass with the participation of the 50-year-olds of 2024.
7:00 PM: Mass of the Nativity of Jesus.
Holy Masses: 10:30 AM and 6:00 PM in the Collegiate Church; 8:30 AM at St. Dominic; 12:00 PM at St. James.
6:00 PM: Holy Mass in the Collegiate Church.
6:00 PM: Holy Mass in the Collegiate Church, with renewal of vows for families celebrating milestone anniversaries (1st, 25th, 50th, 60th) this year.
Holy Masses: 8:30 AM at St. Dominic; 10:30 AM in the Collegiate Church.
6:00 PM: Opening Ceremony of the Jubilee Year in the Amalfi Cathedral.
6:00 PM: Holy Mass in the Collegiate Church, followed by Adoration and the singing of the Te Deum in thanksgiving for the year.
